Vista Pointe Architectural Systems, LLC is an Arizona-based manufacturer of fine multi-panel bifold and multi-slide door systems based on premium-quality aluminum clad wood door panels manufactured by Eagle Window & Door, Inc. of Dubuque, IA.
Vista Pointe's systems are available in a number of configurations in both the Bi-Fold (accordion) and Multi-Slide (telescoping) format. Designed for large openings (up to 25 feet wide and 10 feet tall), these systems are designed for the discerning customer who wants the warmth and beauty of wood doors with the durability of an aluminum clad exterior. Since Vista Pointe's systems are based on Eagle's clad wood French sliders and clad wood French outswing panels, we can offer all of Eagle's glass, wood species and interior and exterior finish options.
Vista Pointe does not sell to the public but rather offers these systems through select Eagle dealers nationwide. Bi-Fold Doors (Full Size Gallery)
Bi-fold systems, sometimes referred to as "accordion" doors are available in a number of configurations with the option of including a daily-use door. Bifold systems, are based on Eagle's outswing clad wood French doors, and offer excellent resistance to airflow and water thanks to the weatherstripped stepped sill design. Vista Pointe's standard bi-fold sill is the Outswing stepped with Inswing stepped and Flushtrak sill offered as available options. Bifold systems present a completely flat surface when completely closed. When open, the panels fold against one another and can be configured to fold in one or both directions. As Vista Pointe uses Eagle's clad extrusions, the colors of the Vista Pointe exterior frame is an exact color and finish match to the Eagle panels. Other features of the bifold system include sizes up to 25 ft wide x 10 ft high with individual panel widths of up to 3'4".
The Eagle panels used in all Vista Pointe bifold and multi-slide systems, come standard with Eagle's High Performance Low E4 dual insulating glass. They are available in more than 50 standard exterior paint colors, 6 exterior anodized finishes, 9 interior wood species and all panels feature Eagle's glass protection film, a no-charge upgrade that protects the glass surfaces during building construction.

Multi-Slide Doors(Full Size Gallery)
Unlike Bi-Fold systems, Multi-slide systems present a staggered or stepped appearance when closed. Based upon Eagle's clad wood French sliders, these systems can be configured to slide in one direction only or to part in the middle and slide in both directions. They can also be configured to meet at a 90 degree corner. Multi-slide systems can be configured with one or two pockets into which the panels disappear from view when fully open. The multi-slide system can also be automated to silently open and close at the touch of a button.

Installation
At Vista Pointe, we know that even the finest system, if improperly installed will result in an uhappy customer. It is our preference that all Eagle Dealers interested in selling Vista Pointe systems become fully capable of handling installations in their region. We also understand that not all dealers will have access to qualified installers when first getting started in the multi-panel door system business. For that reason, we offer Eagle Dealers three installation options:
1.) Dealer has qualified installers experienced with multi-panel systems and is willing and able to handle all installation services. This option relieves Vista Pointe of any and all installation-related service claims.
2.) Dealer has installers who are semi-qualified for multi-panel systems but will require some supervision for the first installation. In this situation, Vista Pointe will send our installer (at the dealer's expense) to the customer location to serve in a supervisory role, overseeing and advising the dealer's installer. Installation-related service is handled by the Dealer's installer.
3.) Dealer has no qualified installers. Vista Pointe will provide installation service at the Dealer's chosen location (at the Dealer's expense) and will simultaneously train the Dealer's installers. This service is available to the Dealer for a limited number (typically 2) installations until such time that the Dealer's installer is self-sufficient. It is the responsibility of the Dealer to identify a qualified installer to be trained.

The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to Vista Pointe Architectural Systems (hereafter referred to as Vista Pointe). Because of the quality of our designs and hardware, our attention to detail and our commitment to absolute customer satisfaction, Eagle Window & Door, Inc. extends their warrantly on their panels to Vista Pointe customers. This is because Eagle knows the integrity of their products is in no way compromised by Vista Pointe's fabrication processes. Vista Pointe is the only manufacturer of multi-panel systems using Eagle panels who can offer Eagle's factory warranty to the customer. We are proud of Eagle's confidence in and endorsement of our products.

Additionally, Vista Pointe warrants millwork to the panels to comply with NWWDA standards and quality of the fabrication of the entire system for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the customer (Eagle Dealer). Natural variations in color, texture and grain vary with wood species and are not defects. All millwork should be inspected upon delivery and prior to installation. Correction of damage caused during the installation process will be the sole responsibility of the dealer's installing company.
Rollers, hinges and associated hardware: Vista Pointe offers a 10 year limited warranty for faulty or worn-out rollers, guides, tracks, hinges, slide-bolts, etc. Vista Pointe will replace the worn component with the same or equivalent at no cost for the first 12 months after delivery. After 12 months, we will provide replacement parts and it becomes the dealer's responsibility to arrange for and bear the labor cost of replacement. Exclusions to this warranty include damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect, problems related to finish, broken glass, fire or acts of God.
Mechanization: Vista Pointe mechanized systems are warranted for a period of 12 months from date of delivery. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any faulty component and restore the system to proper working condition at no cost to the dealer. Exclusions to this warranty include misuse or abuse, fire, lightning strike or other acts of God.
