At Vista Pointe, we know that the finest system, properly installed, will result in a happy customer. It is our preference that all Dealers interested in selling Vista Pointe systems become fully capable of handling installations in their region. We also understand that not all dealers will have access to qualified installers when first getting started in the multi-panel door system business. For that reason, we offer Dealers three installation options:
1.) Dealer has qualified installers experienced with multi-panel systems and is willing and able to handle all installation services. This option relieves Vista Pointe of any and all installation-related service claims.
2.) Dealer has installers who are semi-qualified for multi-panel systems but will require some supervision for the first installation. In this situation, Vista Pointe will send our installer (at the dealer’s expense) to the customer location to serve in a supervisory role, overseeing and advising the dealer’s installer. Installation-related service is handled by the Dealer’s installer.
3.) Dealer has no qualified installers. Vista Pointe will provide installation service at the Dealer’s chosen location (at the Dealer’s expense) and will simultaneously train the Dealer’s installers. This service is available to the Dealer for a limited number (typically 2) installations until such time that the Dealer’s installer is self-sufficient. It is the responsibility of the Dealer to identify a qualified installer to be trained.
