Because of the quality of our designs and hardware, our attention to detail and our commitment to absolute customer satisfaction, the Manufacturer extends their warrantly on their panels to Vista Pointe customers. This is because the Manufacturer knows the integrity of its products is in no way compromised by Vista Pointe’s fabrication processes. We are proud of this confidence in and endorsement of our products.

Additionally, Vista Pointe warrants millwork to the panels to comply with NWWDA standards and quality of the fabrication of the entire system for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to the customer (Dealer). Natural variations in color, texture and grain vary with wood species and are not defects. All millwork should be inspected upon delivery and prior to installation. Correction of damage caused during the installation process will be the sole responsibility of the dealer’s installing company.
Vista Pointe offers a 10 year limited warranty for faulty or worn-out rollers, guides, tracks, hinges, slide-bolts, etc. Vista Pointe will replace the worn component with the same or equivalent at no cost for the first 12 months after delivery. After 12 months, we will provide replacement parts, and it becomes the dealer’s responsibility to arrange for and bear the labor cost of replacement. Exclusions to this warranty include damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect, problems related to finish, broken glass, fire or acts of nature.
Mechanization: Vista Pointe mechanized systems are warranted for a period of 12 months from date of delivery. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any faulty component and restore the system to proper working condition at no cost to the dealer. Exclusions to this warranty include misuse or abuse, fire, lightning strike or other acts of nature.
