Hardware Location

Hardware fitting in the door. Both bottom and top pivots are in the door. Build a clear opening of the size you want and you are ready to install this door. Great for new construction as well as renovations.

Hold Open & Self Closing Functionality

Hold open and self closing positions. You do not need spring latches, cranks, frames or slats as these doors self-close and have hold open functionality at every ninety degree position. This is great for interior applications such as a passage from the kitchen to a formal dining room.

No Maintenance

No Maintenance. Virtually maintenance free, our pivot hardware has been lab tested to open and close over one million times without failure. The hardware is made from materials with high corrosion-resistance for application in any environment.

High Weight & Size Capacity

High weight & size capacity. Our ‘sealable’ exterior entry doors are made with 2 ½” thick panels and can come in sizes over 600 lbs. Non-sealed or interior doors are available in 1 ¾” thickness and can be over 5 feet wide and/or 10 feet tall depending on panel manufacturer.
HARDWARE & LOCKING OPTIONS

  • Traditional Entry Handlesets

    Traditional handles used for entry doors or bifold doors can also be used on pivot doors. As a standard, Vista Pointe will include a multipoint lock with a 45mm backset. The configuration is for the handle to be low and the key cylinder high, prepped for a U.S. cylinder.

  • Bar Handles with Deadbolt Lock

    Our standard offering will be a 18” to 36” bar handles with a thumb turn deadbolt lock in either Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze or Satin Nickel finishes. There are many other options for bar style handles, just let us know what you are looking for and we likely can accommodate.
