Servery Windows
Servery windows are designed to blend the function of your indoor kitchen with your open-air dining & entertainment spaces.
Gas strut operated servery windows are designed to blend the function of your indoor kitchen with your open air dining & entertainment spaces. Unimpeded views combined with pass thru tangible access to food & drink!
Unique Options
A unique option for your pass thru window that is more affordable than multi-panel folding systems.
Screen Options
Manual or motorized roll down screens are an easy addition for natural ventilation while keeping the bugs out.
Hold Open & Self Closing Functionality
Hold open and self closing positions. You do not need spring latches, cranks, frames or slats as these doors self-close and have hold open functionality at every ninety degree position. This is great for interior applications such as a passage from the kitchen to a formal dining room.
Easy Operation
Using gas strut technology, the window functions easily. Hinged at the top, a simple outward push on the bottom starts the operating motion, the gas struts take it from there and lift the window completely open to 90° allowing for full views without any breaks in the line of sight.
Large Sizes
The servery window can be created using most window sashes and even door panels to provide openings up to 8’ wide x 4’ tall.
Hardware and Locking Options
No Sill Required
Most servery windows have countertops that extend through the window to the exterior. No sill is needed, however if your window is not under a canopy, a typical step sill can be used for better weather protection when closed.
Marine Grade Struts.
Corrosive resistant 316 stainless steel struts are standard. The only exception is when the window size requires heavy-duty struts that are not currently offered to us in stainless steel.
Handles & Locks.
Satin Nickel or Black casement locking handles are standard. The casement handles are surface mounted at the bottom of the window adjacent to each jamb, so there is no need for any hardware to attach to your countertop.
Concealed Option.
For a sleek look when the window is closed, we also offer a concealed lock with a single handle in the middle of the bottom rail. We can also conceal the struts with custom made jambs to hide all the hardware when the window is closed.
Pull Down Assist.
A gas strut window requires you to either close the window from the exterior or have an extremely long reach from the interior. To solve this problem, we offer as an option a center pull down handle on the window sash with a pull down attachment that is housed next to the jamb on the wall.
Clad Finishes
Our close relationships with our partners allow us to be able to offer all paint colors and anodized finishes in our partners catalogs.
We can also color match custom colors in a 2604 painted finish.
